Health/Wellness. Moderate Level. Enjoy a beautiful blend of yoga, tai chi and Pilates that will improve your mind and body. As you bend, stretch and breathe, you improve flexibility, develop full-body strength, and enjoy a feeling of focus and calm.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate class bookings 24Hrs in advance and cancelling within 15 minutes of the start time of your class is required. If a client no shows for a class they have booked Mai Town Studio will assess a $20 no show administration fee. All clients must have their card payment information stored in the system to book classes. If three or more people are not booked the class may be cancelled within an hour of the start time. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or refunds on purchases. *OUR STUDIO MAT AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR FREE. THEY ARE RENTED OUT FOR USE ONLY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. FOR BIKRAM HOT YOGA CLASSES STUDIO MATS MUST BE USED WITH A LARGE TOWEL. MAT RENTALS ARE $1.00. TOWEL RENTALS ARE $2.00. CLIENTS ARE ALSO WELCOME TO BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT, OR PURCHASE IF AVAILABLE.* *IMMERSIVE CLASSES ARE NOT LIVE TEACHER TAUGHT CLASSES. WE HAVE MONITORS WRAPPED AROUND THE STUDIO AND THE SESSIONS ARE TAKEN OFF THE MONITORS FROM OUR ON-DEMAND LIBRARY. A STAFF MEMBER OR TEACHER WILL MEET YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE, EITHER TO JOIN YOU FOR THE CLASS OR HELP GET YOU SET UP AND STARTED.*
