Service Description
Heated Flow Yoga is our most advanced yoga class — a fast-paced, challenging practice that combines strength, flexibility, balance and continuous movement in a heated environment. Unlike the structured sequence of the Mai Town Hot Yoga Method™, Heated Flow Yoga uses a flowing format that links breath and movement while exploring more advanced postures, transitions and numerous inversions. Expect a physically demanding practice that challenges strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and focus. The faster pace and advanced movements make this class best suited for students who already have a solid foundation in yoga and are comfortable practicing in the heat. Modifications are always available, but this class is intentionally challenging. Come prepared to work, explore your limits and continue developing your practice. Cancellation Policy
Advance booking is encouraged and helps us plan the best possible class experience. Whenever possible, please reserve your class at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Clients who reserve a class and do not attend without cancelling may be charged a $20 no-show fee. Classes with fewer than three registered participants may be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled start time. Please check your booking notifications for any schedule changes. All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credits or refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law. MATS & TOWELS Clients are welcome to bring their own mat and towels. Studio equipment is also available to rent: Mat Rental — $3 Towel Rental — $3 For Mai Town Hot Yoga Method™, Dark Hot Yoga, and Hot Pilates a large towel covering the yoga mat is required. Clients using a studio mat must also use a large towel. IMMERSIVE CLASSES Immersive classes provide a different way to experience Mai Town Studio. Rather than being led live by an instructor, these sessions use our in-studio monitors to guide participants through a class selected from the Mai Town on-demand library. A staff member or teacher will be available when you arrive to help you get set up and started and, on some occasions, may participate in the class with you.
