Cancellation Policy

We appreciate class bookings 24Hrs in advance and cancelling within 15 minutes of the start time of your class is required. If a client no shows for a class they have booked Mai Town Studio will assess a $20 no show administration fee. Studio mat and towels are rentals only with no exceptions. If three or more people are not booked the class may be cancelled within an hour of the start time.
