Equipment: Thick Yoga/Pilates Mat Immersive Fitness, On-Demand – Together at Mai Town Studio At Mai Town Studio, our Immersive On-Demand Fitness Classes bring the best of both worlds: the flexibility of virtual instruction paired with the motivation and community of an in-studio environment. Clients meet at the studio and take part in high-quality, pre-recorded classes streamed from our exclusive Mai Town On-Demand Library. From Pilates, strength training and development, cardio to dance, yoga, and deep stretch recovery sessions, every class is designed to be immersive, effective, and fun. Our state-of-the-art studio monitors and sound system bring the instructor to life, making you feel like you're in the front row—even if the instructor isn’t in the room. Whether you’re working out solo or sweating alongside others, our on-demand setup keeps the vibe high, the music pumping, and the workouts consistent. It's perfect for those who love the studio atmosphere but want more flexibility in their schedule. No livestream lag. No workout missed. Just real movement, real results—on your time.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate class bookings 24Hrs in advance and cancelling within 15 minutes of the start time of your class is required. If a client no shows for a class they have booked Mai Town Studio will assess a $20 no show administration fee. If three or more people are not booked the class may be cancelled within an hour of the start time. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or refunds on purchases. *OUR STUDIO MAT AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR FREE. THEY ARE RENTED OUT FOR USE ONLY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. FOR BIKRAM HOT YOGA CLASSES STUDIO MATS MUST BE USED WITH A LARGE TOWEL. MAT RENTALS ARE $1.00. TOWEL RENTALS ARE $2.00. CLIENTS ARE ALSO WELCOME TO BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT, OR PURCHASE IF AVAILABLE.* *IMMERSIVE CLASSES ARE NOT LIVE TEACHER TAUGHT CLASSES. WE HAVE MONITORS WRAPPED AROUND THE STUDIO AND THE SESSIONS ARE TAKEN OFF THE MONITORS FROM OUR ON-DEMAND LIBRARY. A STAFF MEMBER OR TEACHER WILL MEET YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE, EITHER TO JOIN YOU FOR THE CLASS OR HELP GET YOU SET UP AND STARTED.*
