Salad Social at Mai Town Studio Hosted by Joy Date: Saturday, July 19, 2025 Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Mai Town Studio Investment: $75 per person (Register by July 14 and receive a $15 credit toward the next event) Space is limited to 8–10 participants Join us for a refreshing and interactive afternoon at the Salad Social, a hands-on gathering designed to nourish both body and mind. Hosted by Joy at the beautiful Mai Town Studio, this intimate workshop blends practical nutrition education with creative meal prep, reflection, and connection. This experience includes: A guided session on nutrition and mindful eating habits A collaborative salad jar prep—everyone leaves with 3–5 ready-to-go meals Engaging activities to help rethink your relationship with food Thoughtfully curated wellness giveaways All materials and supplies provided Whether you're looking to kickstart healthier habits, simplify your weekly meals, or just enjoy a few mindful hours with like-minded people, this is a space to learn, create, and connect. Reserve your spot early—space is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate class bookings 24Hrs in advance and cancelling within 15 minutes of the start time of your class is required. If a client no shows for a class they have booked Mai Town Studio will assess a $20 no show administration fee. If three or more people are not booked the class may be cancelled within an hour of the start time. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or refunds on purchases. *OUR STUDIO MAT AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR FREE. THEY ARE RENTED OUT FOR USE ONLY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. FOR BIKRAM HOT YOGA CLASSES STUDIO MATS MUST BE USED WITH A LARGE TOWEL. MAT RENTALS ARE $1.00. TOWEL RENTALS ARE $2.00. CLIENTS ARE ALSO WELCOME TO BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT, OR PURCHASE IF AVAILABLE.* *IMMERSIVE CLASSES ARE NOT LIVE TEACHER TAUGHT CLASSES. WE HAVE MONITORS WRAPPED AROUND THE STUDIO AND THE SESSIONS ARE TAKEN OFF THE MONITORS FROM OUR ON-DEMAND LIBRARY. A STAFF MEMBER OR TEACHER WILL MEET YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE, EITHER TO JOIN YOU FOR THE CLASS OR HELP GET YOU SET UP AND STARTED.*
